These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjil ("phjil," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phjil online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at phjil (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phjil Platform and close your account. phjil reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phjil Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that:

• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. The phjil Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). It is a criminal offense in the Philippines for persons under 21 to participate in gambling activities. phjil employs age verification procedures and will suspend any account where the account holder is found to be under the legal age.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the phjil Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phjil does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable law.

2.3 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling activities, whether through phjil's own self-exclusion program or through any national or regional self-exclusion registry, are not eligible to use the Platform. If you have self-excluded and subsequently access phjil, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) phjil account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. phjil reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your phjil account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjil login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phjil will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.4 KYC Verification. phjil may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, and PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phjil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phjil does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the phjil cashier page and are subject to change. phjil reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal fraud review. phjil aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. phjil is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. phjil reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phjil are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your phjil account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire automatically.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions. phjil reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phjil Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Attempting to defraud phjil or other players through any means, including collusion, chip dumping, or use of prohibited software;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in money laundering or using phjil to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the phjil Platform.

phjil reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjil Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of phjil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phjil content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

8.2 phjil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phjil shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous payout, phjil reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. phjil's liability in any such case shall not exceed the amount of the original stake.

9. Responsible Gaming

phjil is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. 10. Termination and Suspension

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your phjil account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phjil's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phjil will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phjil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phjil will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phjil Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
